- 1 jar (226 g) Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky Salsa
- 1 medium avocado, stone removed, peeled and chopped
- 1 tin (325 g) sweetcorn, drained
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small handful coriander, chopped
- 1 bag Old El Paso™ Original Nachips™
- Mix together the salsa, avocado, sweetcorn, peppers and coriander, until combined.
- Serve with the tortilla chips on the side.
For added zing, stir through a little lime juice.
Make it hotter, by stirring 1 finely chopped red chilli into the salsa.
